I have a 2012 Chevy equinox and the doors(all 4) are rusting out and paint is bubbling up off the metal seams on the door bottoms!!! Is anyone else going through the same problem? I tried contacting the Company(GM/CHEVY) and they said it isn't covered by the warranty!!! In Canada they did a recall on this problem but not in U.S. I'm contacting a lawyer and getting in on a class action lawsuit against GM/Chevy!!! At 70,454miles it shouldn't be rusting like this!! Please contact Nichole McArthur at [email protected] send the following copies only documents: all repair orders for door rusts,front of sales;financing;lease contract,current vehicle registration and they will review your claims. We have got to send a message to GM that this is unacceptable for US citizens who just bailed them out!!!!!!!
