Your car isn't a 2015 Equinox. Actually when I heard the chirp I didn't know why it was doing it. Sorry???Interesting. My horn doesn't chirp when I put 35 PSI in my tires. 3 years old already, sheesh lol
I had mine where yours were but I got tired of the low tire pressure alerts on the dash and the emailsI've had mine for a week but I'm on a cruise so I checked with my Chevy App. 34, 33, 33 and 33 psi. I am planning on staying at 35 psi on all 4 tires.
It did it on all 4 tires but as far as I know it could just as easily have been an over pressure alerts. This is new to me for sure.My horn doesn't chirp when I hit the recommended psi, either. That would be a nice feature.

I don't know what your graphic looks like, but on my '24, it clearly shows the back of the vehicle... making the tire locations obvious.
And yes, I need to add some air.![]()

I think around 2017 GM did away with the horn chirp and ability to re-learn tire positions by letting air out and airing them back up starting from the front left and working your way around. My horn doesn't chirp when I hit the recommended psi, either. That would be a nice feature.
I used one like that for years, but it cost more back then.I think around 2017 GM did away with the horn chirp and ability to re-learn tire positions by letting air out and airing them back up starting from the front left and working your way around.
You can do a tire position re-learn from the DIC on newer GMs, but you need a TPMS tool. The ~$10 ones off the amazon machine like this one supposedly work:
Note that the MyChevrolet Android App will show a warning if the pressures are not 41. That happened with our 2025 Equinox LT as they had them for the older / other models at 35 or so.I looked at two 2025s today. A RS and LT.
The RS showed 35 PSI on the door frame and the LT showed 41 PSI.
my 2026 left the dealer with 34 in them. the next day they were at 33 and the car and app both went psycho giving me low pressure warnings. i put all tires up to 39 and now all appears well again.Note that the MyChevrolet Android App will show a warning if the pressures are not 41. …They corrected them to 41 after I reported that the app was flagging them.
I find most of the members here are very helpful and give good advice.Ignore all the ignorance here.
My 2022 asks for 35 PSI and everytime i took it to the dealer for oil change they would lower it to 30 or 32 on all 4 tires. Of course my app would start barking at me that my tires were low.I purchased a 2025 Equinox LT yesterday, and my app is saying that all 4 tires are low. They are at 34 PSI, yet the door says 41 PSI. I am very curious as to why the dealership would send a car out that is that far below the door PSI.
I think that I should have them at what the door frame says, but does the dealership think something different for a reason? I'm trying to decide if I need to add more air.
Thank you for any input.
