Telematics Failure

I have a 2025 Equinox ACTIV I purchased new in October 2025. A few weeks ago my navigation stopped working. I took the car to my local Chevy dealer, they ran diagnostics and determined the telematics control module failed. They placed an order for a new module and found they were backordered. They do not have an estimated delivery. Does anyone know if it's possible to connect my iPhone 17 PRO to use the Google Maps in the car?

Yes, you should be able to use apple car play while connected via blue tooth.

After your new module is replaced, check your OnStar contract. The new module may have a 30 day trial for OnStar One. My new module was not connected to my eight year OnStar Basic plan. It took six months to get that whole mess resolved

2025 Equinox Onstar and Android Navigation Not Connecting

Both Onstar blue button and android navigation will not connect. Apple car play navigation works ok. Tried a reset but that does not help.
