Shocks/Struts

We're getting some serious squeaking going over speed bumps. I'm just curious if there's any recommendations. My wife drives pretty aggressive so definitely something strong. These are the original Struts/Shks (98k mi). Thanks.

I would first look at the control arm bushings which are known to grunt and groan when the rubber boots on them are compromised.

I suggest that you try installing an AirLift Suspension System on your Equinox. It did wonders on mine. Got it from 4wheelonline.
