New/ old member. We had a 2008 Nox sport. Liked it!! Fast for its era too. Gave it to the oldest grandson and now have a 2025 RS. Just got it out of shop after 10 days and it's NOT fixed. I'll start a new thread in the appropriate section.

It will be a while as the tech from GM looked at it, said it was a programming issue ( I think that's BS). AND then went on vacation.
All this while my 19 year old Dodge Magnum R/T just keeps humming along.

Welcome back! Sorry to hear about your 2025. Did they give you an idea of when they get back on it? Not good to have the issue right away being it so new

Yes Griffin, it's very frustrating. Maybe another 8 or 10 days when the techs get back. I'm sure we will have to become the "squeaky wheel" again as GM will have forgotten about our recent purchase.
We trained a Jaguar f- pace sport for this Chevy. The Jag also had " problems " and my wife must have more reliability.

That sucks. Hopefully its something that is easily fixed (when they ever get to it) and then you don't have an issue going forward. Nothing worse than dealing with a lemon because they seem to do everything in the book to make sure they don't take it back and give you a new one. Brother in law had a F150 that the engine blew in the 1st 2500 miles and they completely removed the engine and replaced it instead of giving him a new truck. The positive part about his truck is it is a 2007 and it still running great to this day with almost 200k miles. So, just wanted to give you a little positive hope :)

Well. It's STILL in the shop!!! Some kind of area tech( IT specialist) is back from vacation to try to fix our 2025 nox. WAY too many days in the shop for a brand new car. Very frustrating------------

No, they did not. We have been nothing but courteous to Champion chevrolet in Reno Nv. but we must have pi$$Ed somebody off.
I'm not going to swear it's GM policy but I have never heard of a dealership not providing a rental car while a new car is waiting for repair. You need to be talking to GM customer service about this and the nonsense of "can't get to it until some guy gets back from vacation". You are getting close to qualifying for Lemon Law protection and not providing replacement transportation will be a huge black mark against them.
