door locks then down shifts

2011 with 2.4 recently started new issue while driving at highway speeds the doors lock and unlock themselves then it suddenly drops into first gear any ideas it happens at any speed and quite often

Only think I can think of is sometimes weird things happen when the battery needs replacing.
