Control Module Miscommunication

Hello, new member here. My 2018 has been acting a little quirky so I had a diagnostic scan done. Two things came up, both relating to the control module. First code is U0415 (invalid data received from ABS) the second one U0073 (communication Bus OFF. Is it as serious as it sounds? Is there something I can do, look at, check myself or do I need to rush this to the dealers?? Thanks in advance

I occasionally get communication errors on my 18 equinox. I've never had them because of any noticeable issues, or warnings (accept for tpms), but I do just run my scanner on occasion. If it didn't illuminate a warning light, I would suspect it was just a computer glitch. If you've been driving it since the scan, maybe do another scan to see if it has returned. These cars are notorious for computer issues if your battery is weak. Maybe have a battery load test done. Most auto parts stores do them for free.
