2011 Equinox Driver Wheel Airbag Remove

Hello, I just purchased a rebuilder 2011 Equinox. I am having trouble removing the driver wheel airbag. It was blown in the crash. Does anyone have a detailed list of the removal steps?

Air bags are not meant to be re packed. I don't know if it can be removed.
