wife has 2020 Equinox - I have 2021 GMC Acadia - seems difficult to control the navigation volume on her 2020 Equinox.
The problem is that the on the 2020 Equinox volume on the navigation is TOO LOW; whiles on my 2021 Acadia the navigation
is louder than the radio, so I can hear directions without difficulty; any ideas how to make the navigation louder than the radio?
We have the radio on a comfortable volume in both cars. Thanks, tommytire

In the menu settings there is usually separate volume levels for radio, navigation, phone etc.

Alternately, while the Navigation is giving you directions if you use the volume control it will adjust only the Nav volume. Problem is that you need to be on the ball and anticipate when the Nav starts talking so you can be ready to adjust it.

From my manual, yours should be similar:

. Navigation Volume – To adjust the
volume level, touch the up and down
arrows. If the voice guidance prompt is
being heard, volume can also be adjusted
using the knob on the center stack or the
volume switch on the steering wheel.
