    2020 Equinox... Looking to change haolgen projector bulbs to HID. Do I need to change whole fixture or just the bulbs?

    HID’s’s will be a pain in the butt because I just did mine three weeks ago. Your best bet would be to go with Morimoto two-stroke 3.0 or the GTR Ultra 2 LEDs. They cost about the same, but the LEDs are plug and play straight from the factory wiring harness.
    Going the other route, you’re going to be removing a lot of plastic to gain access to hide the ballast and run the wiring harness under the hood.
