Oil and filter

I own a 2020 equinox LT with the 1.5 turbo engine. It has 16000 miles on it. what is the correct motor oil and filter I should be using??

Filter- ACDelco PF64. If aftermarket verify it has a 22psi relief valve.
OIL - any 0W-20 on this list that gives you joy.
Drain Plug Gasket GM Part # 12667457
Drain plug gets tightened to 18 ft-lbs.

You may also want a 74mm 15 Flute Oil Filter Cap Wrench for filter removal, optional.
