Need help with lumbar support

Lumber support has gone out. Dealer says it will cost $700 to repair because they have to take the entire seat out. It seems outrageous to me but wanted a second opinion. I heard it may just be the screws.

I had same problem with my 2010 Equinox and told the same cost or thereabouts. I didn't get it fixed.
