Have a 2019 equinox was driving on highway and engine light traction light came on and car started shaking and losing compression..Scanned it P0301

Was driving my 2019 Chevy equinox on the highway engine light and traction light came on car started shaking and losing compression when I scanned it p0301 came up I changed the spark plug and cylinder 3 and it still does the same thing so I swapped the engine cool from three and put it on four and scan it again didn't show random misfire so when I took the coil back off and put it back on cylinder 3 I got the reading of cylinder 3 could it be the engine coil and not the spark plug or something else
