Got a friend to scan and got this warning Evap anyone have an explanation for it?

I would need the evap code that was produced to better find a solution for ya!
Without it I doubt anyone could be much help. I'm sure this scan tool will produce a trouble code, if not, most auto parts stores will do it for free.
