driver seat belt locked - looking for a locksmith

Hey i have my 05 Chevy Equinox and i'm using it from a long time but from last week it driver seat belt lock starts to developing problem. sometimes it was unable to lock it and if it locked won't unlocks. But 2 days ago the lock of the seat belt can't unlocks , i can't unlock it so i want to repair the lock of the belt. If anyone knows a cheaper way to fix this issue kindly suggest me about it.
