It has not even been one year since I changed both of these sensors. Two months ago. I also changed the VVT sensors.

Since I keep getting error codes for the cam and crank position sensors, do you think it is because I have a timing chain issue since my engine now has 241,000 miles on it and is a 2.4 L that has never been apart?

it is possible. what code is it you that will help us help you. that timing chain has served you well if it is the chain. but it can be the phasers the reluctors on the back side of the cams. also the phaser solenoids can be bad and need to be changed out or cleaned. are you handy and if it is the chain we can help you get that changed out keep us posted
