I have a 2013 Chevy Equinox 2.4l and today I changed my cabin air filter for the first time. I pulled out the original factory air filter which was completely dirty and replaced it with a new one. The problem I’m having is that the original factory filter didn’t have an air flow direction on it but the new one does. So my question is, which way is the air flow arrow supposed to be pointing? I’ve researched a bit online and have heard both ways, some say up and some say down. I installed it with the text upside down because that’s how the original one was, with the arrow is pointing up. Is that correct or not?
