Anyone ever written to GM?

Has anyone ever had complaints and written to GM? If so did you get a response? Did you get any satisfaction from them? And if you wrote who did you send it to? Our 2020 Eq with only 55,000 miles took a shit, engine is on it's way out. 2 different shops said the same thing, connecting rod on #2 is loose. Take the oil fill valve off the valve cover and there's plenty of blow by, some oil spitting out and a constant light ticking. Still runs ok, but not for long.

Mechanic told me to write GM, complain, and see if they offer any help of some kind. Trying to figure out who & where to send it.

Called GM talked to someone who explained what you have to do. Get the estimate from a Chev dealer & I have to tell the service writer I would like cost assistance with the repair. Writer gets with the service manager who contacts GM. Heard back from dealer, it wasn't a bad engine the flex plate cracked and was ticking every revolution hence the noise. GM will cover 50% of the bill, which I'm good with. Will be slightly more since it's AWD. Over all I'm satisfied with their response, since was only 5,000 miles & 6 months out of warranty.

Several years ago, I bought tires at a Chevy dealer. There was a discount buying all four.
I filled out the forms.
I never got the discount; dealer told me to call Chevy.
I never heard from Chevy after trying four times.
