4-Way Power Seat Adjustment Handle 2016 LS

I have the 4-way power seat on the 2016 LS that I just purchased. On the 4-way seat, the forward/rearward adjustment is manually done (not powered) by a pull handle mounted at the front base of the seat cushion. My handle is not there! I have felt around up under the seat and can find nothing that feels like it had a handle attached at one point. I have located a replacement handle on Ebay for relatively cheap. Can anyone tell me how to make this seat adjuster work? Thanks!
