2023 equinox premiere epb problem

2023 equinox premiere. Have towed on tow dolly several times. Loaded up on Sunday and moved about 2 feet and parking brake came on. Turned it off and did the same thing. Unloaded car, reloaded and still same thing. Any suggestions?

WAG. Was the push to start buttom active as in able to listem to radio. I ask because while parked on a moving ferry I was listening to radio and looking at the settings. It would not let me view some while driving as it sensed the vehicle (ferry) was moving. So your brake assist may be armed in the same way.

No. We followed the procedure in the manual. We have towed several times and it just started doing this.
