I didn’t mean to be a two Equinox family, but that’s how it turned out. The photo below depicts the 2012 Equinox I purchased as a mistake in September 2024. It ain’t a bad car, but now I get to contend with the stupidity of the engineers at GM who designed the port in the cylinder head for the PCV system between the two most inboard intake ports on the 2.4L 4-cylinder to clog up with carbon. I unclogged that port one time and it appears I need to do it again.
