PCV Pressure - DIY Functional Checks?

New owner of a 2014 Equinox LS 2.4L
VIN must be new enough, it's not covered by Service Bulletin 14882.

Can someone conform a DIY check of the PCV system to functionally say if the intake orifice is plugged or working?
