Because of the internal relays I needed to replace my fuse panel on my 2015 Equinox. I got a used block and plugged it in. It fixed my lift gate opening issue but then I had no lock functions. I assumed the used one has a problem. However I saw a note when I looked up a new one that said that it needed to be programmed by the dealer? True or false? I don’t want to buy another one and have the same problem. Thanks
