Stuck AWD button

AWD button stuck and cannot engage system but there are no warning indicators... It's a 2019 Chevy equinox AWD without AWD right now

My wife’s car is having the same issue. It’s a 2018. If I push on the button it doesn’t move at all and the AWD doesn’t turn on.

I'm having the same problem could you tell me what it was? Or what the dealersgip said?

Dealership replaced the button because apparently something had spilled around the area and was causing the button to stick. Cost was around 300 but warranty covered the issue
