I normally do mine every 100k... Sometimes longer.
It all depends on how anal you are without suggesting you as being anal in any way...

Hehe. I called the dealer and I found out the interval on them is 100k and the are iridium plugs. Cha-ching. $6.99 each at autozone. Wow. Luckily I have about 25k more to go but I might pull them and look at em due to an odd idle when in drive.
Side note, trans service is every 50k but the dealer recommended every 30k at $170 a pop. Holy ****! Even at 50k, that's more frequently than any other car I've ever owned.

Getting the trans rebuilt could cost $4000, so getting the fluid changed is well worth it.
