Side mirrors losing memory

I own a2019 Equinox Premire 2.0.

It has memory seating which also incudes the outside mirror positioning. Recently, the mirrors move but not in the correct position for the assigned driver. I’ve attempted to reseat the position into memory but this didn’t solve the problem. Also, the car battery is less than a year old. The car has 108k miles on the odometer.

IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH MINE. ALL THIS STARTED AFTER THE DEALER INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY. I TURN CAR ON AND MIRROR GOES OUT OF POSTION. AFTER COMING OUT OF REVERSE IN THE TILT VIEW IT WILL MOVE OUT OF SETTING. DEALER REPLACED ACUATOR AND STILL THE SAME ISSUE. AT THE END THEIR TECH OF 35YRS EXPERIANCE TELLS ME TO JUST TURN OF THE REVERSE TILT FEATURE. ANY IDEA WHAT IT COULD BE? POSSIBLE DOOR MODULE?
