We have a 2010 Equinox and having a problem with the seatbelt light staying on even with the seatbelt latched. No it has nothing to do with the passenger seat. Is the a pressure switch in the drives seat. I unplugged the seatbelt latch and it goes off. I also jumped the plug in and the light comes back on. That's way in wondering if there is a switch in the seat cushion.
