radio display went blank

hello all, 2018 equinox radio,back up camera display went blank. Youtube list 15 video's on this and none worked. after 1 month came back on. worked fine. now it went out again. is thier a recall or tsb on this. tried all the reboot tricks with no luck. thank you all
