I have a 2023 Equinox AWD 1.5L Turbo, bought 6 months ago with 55,000 km.
I've noticed since the 2nd month randomly it will sort of just feel like the engine power cut out and comes back immediately less than one second so you feel a sudden jerk forward while driving. Took it in they said their was a recall and changed some fluids and gave it back, seemingly issue fixed... until it came back then the other day stopped at a red it just started rumbling shaking no excessive noises just shaking for 10 seconds. I stopped as I drove forward with green light.
Then finally yesterday, I was slowing to stop at a red light, the rumble started then the engine shut off.
Popped it in park and restarted with no issue.
Taking it in to the dealer today as its under warranty but just wondering if this is normal or if anyone else had this experience?
I had a 2018 prior with zero issues for 9 yrs.
