I had a Chevy dealer install the GM hitch mount on my 2026 LT1 EV last week. The mount looks great and will be perfect for my bike rack. But, first I noticed the warning that the forward alert system was unvailable, then I got the message about the rear auto-brake being disabled, and then I noticed that none of the peripheral alerts like blind spot indicators are operating. I doubt that this is a coincidence and I will be going back to the dealer, but I am trying to figure out how much pain I am in for. Hopefully this is a detached fuse issue, not a "the whole console is borked" issue. Has anyone here encountered similar issues? How were they resolved? Thank you.
