Since getting my car (2026 Equinox LT), everyone I talk to says they can't hear me very well. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Do you mean others can’t hear you when you are using your cellular phone connected to the car?
While you are using the phone and others are speaking to you, you can increase the volume by turning the volume knob (which only affects the phone volume while you are using it).
You will see a bar come up on the center screen stating phone volume, with a volume graph.
Yes, others cannot hear me when I talk. What you are describing as a fix would apply if I couldn’t hear them.
Good luck. My wife has 2025 Equinox, I can never hear her most of the time . It sounds like she is in a tin can. She took it to the dealer a few times and they said it sounded fine.Perhaps return the vehicle to the dealer for repair under the new-car warranty?

I think the road noise must contribute to it since the dealership checks it in the building . I told her to call them when she is driving, but she never does it.
My sister had that issue in her new Honda CRV and we fixed it (somehow, not sure) with what I thought had something to do with a fight between bluetooth and using her Apple Carplay? She's not very savy and I kind of suspect it had to do with her phone settings though and I live too far away to help her other than over the phone. She was pushing too many buttons everywhere to discern the fix.Thanks. I'm a former IT professional. I'm leaning toward the microphone just sucking in the Equinox, or being seated improperly in the console.
