Wifes 2013 equinox with a 2.4 recently developed a noise like a knocking or vibration But only when starting after its been run for a hour or so .Starting when cold no noise.Engine sounds fine when running hot or cold Checked for loose heat sheilds broken motor mounts ect all looks good car has 220,000 kms any ideas???
