Drivers seat cracking alreay

2025, right at 20k miles. Just recently noticed this on the drivers seat.
Hard to believe this is happening already.
I'ts going to the dealer next Friday for the AWD module replacement, and I'm curious what they'll say when I point this out.
I'd imagine something like this is covered under warranty?

Wow... I can't believe that's happening on a 2025. I would certainly hope that it is covered, please let us know what your dealer says.

The fact that the tears go in both directions makes me think defect.

This clearly should be a new-car warranty issue. Please let us know what the dealer says.

I ordered and bought a new 2015 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4 (my first and only Ford) Upon delivery, the LF seat cushion cover was unraveling. The dealer replaced it under warranty.

Later, while still under the new-car warranty, the seat began unraveling in the same location. The dealer replaced it a second time (at no charge).

At delivery, the vehicle had numerous visible assembly defects. I quickly learned Ford had no concern for their customers or quality control.

On my 2008 Equinox the leather started to crack while on warranty and the dealer replaced the cover.

Wow that looks like years of getting in and out of the vehicle. For my 14 Nox and now my 2025 I put seat covers the drivers seat right away.
