constant change in fuel pressure and reduced power

Hello again everyone, about 20 days ago I installed a new, original high-pressure fuel pump and everything was fine. Two months prior, I also installed a new fuel tank pump. Now, a day ago, the "reduced power" message appeared. I checked the high-pressure pump and it's working fine without any problems. I connected a scanner and it's giving me a fluctuating fuel pressure reading from 23 to 80 psi, constantly changing without stabilizing. I checked with a pressure gauge on the fuel line and it's doing the same thing, giving the same readings. I disconnected the high-pressure pump regulator and it's still the same, so I ruled out the high-pressure pump and the fuel line sensor. But when I changed the fuel tank pump, I did it from inside the car floor so I wouldn't have to remove the tank, and I cut the hose that connects that pump to the other fuel level gauge so I wouldn't have to remove the other part, and then I reconnected them. My question is, if it comes loose, could that be the problem with the fuel pressure? Could it be someone else?

So no response from anyone? How did you make out? I started having problems with loosing power if I drive faster than 63 mph. Firestone said I need a MAF sensor and a fuel pump. Not sure which pump. I have the V6 DGI HP pump too. How do I check the tank pump output pressure?
