My daughter's 2011 Equinox AWD transaxle took a dive. I ordered a used one. The old 6T45 transaxle has a code 1DTW. The replacement has a 1MDW. Everything I find shows them to be different transaxles with different replacements.
They look the same but my concern is that the TCU will not be compatible or will need the main ECU reflashed to match.
Anybody know the difference? Or have any further info.
