Common problems with 2010?

My step daughter found a 2010 Equinox with a 4 cylinder, FWD. I know this is a first model year of this style, but I was wondering if there are some common problems that might want to look for or re-think her decision?

I purchased a 2010 equinox used. since then, I have had the high pressure fuel pump replaced 3 or 4 times, high oil consumption leading to an engine rebuild, environmental controls not working, and most recently a blocked PCV valve causing nearly $2000 in damage.
