I bought a 2015 Equinox. It has thrown the P0014 code twice now about 2 weeks apart. After the 1st time the 2 VVT solenoids were replaced. It has thrown the code again... any ideas?

I know the first time around I swapped mine I accidentally swapped them around. There’s is an intake one and an exhaust ones. And for some reason the plugs can be swapped around. So just make sure everything is back in its correct place.

Oil level and condition can play a part in it. If that doesn't help it could be the timing chains themselves if I remember right.

Guy above is 100% correct. My issue started happening when I put a small amount of Lucas into our for a long trip. The equinox did not like it.
