Buying used Equinox

I am considering buying a used 2011 Equinox with 97000 miles on it. It looks al!most like new, especially the interior and it has a sunroof. Is there any reason I should not buy a used Equinox. Also it is AWD. The tires look worn even all the way around. About half worn out.
It also has the 2.4 engine

Are you buying it from an used car dealer or with an individual? Make sure to check the maintenance record before purchasing it.

My experience with a 2011 AWD 3.0L is that nearing the 100k mark, the majority of the car is shot in terms of drivetrain.

Its completely under engineered, and if you're bent on buying one, get one with a warranty for sure.
