Anyone here work fora dealer? Looking to see if there are updates for my vehicle

My 19 is out of its original 3 year 36k warranty. Just wanted to see if someone that works at a dealership could run the VIN and see if there were any updates, specifically to the Transmission. Not sure if others have this but sometime the car will miss the shift and rev higher before it goes into the next gear. It’s not drastic or anything but thought I’d see if it’s due for a simple update.
