Any way to put Apple Maps in Driver's Information Center?

My last vehicle had a heads-up display. The Driver's Information Center is very close but has limitations. Google Maps can be displayed across the DIC. Is there any way to get Apple Maps via Carplay to display in the DIC so I don't have to look to the center console display? Thanks in advance.

With carplay/apple maps running, use steering wheel button to scroll through the screens.

I could get CarPlay maps to show there BEFORE the last software update. Now, only Google Maps shows.

I just got mine last month and it says there aren’t any updates so I assume it’s up to date. It does work for me.
