2025 Equinox LT - tire pressure spec and service knowledge

It shouldn't be this hard.
22000 miles; 3 oil changes and tire rotations. I guess its my fault that I didn't identify my concern to the 'service specialist' that I was expecting 41 PSI upon delivery, due to the placard on the B pillar. I'll be more careful.
When appointment was almost done, I asked about tire pressure... 'service specialist' said "I think 35" but we can ask. I said " did you consult the placard on the B pillar?" "the what"...
They brought my car back in, and re-filled the tires. And at least two more people in the world know what a B-pillar is, and what a Placard is.
It's your vehicle -- you can fill tires to whatever you wish. I'd start with the recommendation placard.

GM’s system alerts the mechanic to various specifications for each vehicle, including tire PSI. It’s called lazy and rushing to get the work done.

They were probably confused by the use of the word placard.
I would call it a sticker.
