2018 Equinox rear hatch, replacing power cylinder?

Unit quite at 29,000, fuses all checked out good. even swapped a couple to verify. If I'm reading the correct part # its. 84470044. The latch released but door would lift, electrically or manually. I needed it open, grab and lift, broke the end out and pulled wires loose.
Best place to buy, and procedure to replace?
