I have 225k miles on my 2015. The transmission is operating perfectly. Is there anything I can do to keep it that way? All I’ve done is change the fluid periodically. Is there any value in having diagnostics run on it? Thanks

Changing the fluid is the best thing to do, so you should be set.

If you go searching for problems, you just might find one. IE, some garages will always find SOMETHING, even when there is nothing wrong.

Changing fluid is all you can do with these. There's no pan to drop and the internal filter/screen and magnet (if there even is in these) requires a tear down to get at. As @ricklack said, being good with ATF changes is what got you to 225K and will keep you going.
