Advice on upcoming fluid changes

Looking for advice on routine maintenance I am planning on doing on my newly acquired 22 Nox LT AWD with 42k. Carfax indicates dealer serviced oil and tire rotations every 5k or less but I do not see anything else. Here is what I am thinking but I cannot do it all at once. I would do it myself but I thought I would let the dealer do since the car GM certified. I realize some of this may be sooner than recommended but I I like to baseline any new vehicle when I buy them and I believe that fluid maintenance is cheap insurance.

Transmission Fluid Drain and Fill - Now
Rear Diff Change - Next Oil Change
PTU Change - Next Oil Change
Brake Fluid - Now or Next Oil change
Coolant 50k or 60k maybe

Anything else I am missing?

Many are recommending a "drain and fill" for the transmission and cooling system instead of letting a garage "power flush" those systems. From what I've heard, the power flush causes more problems than they're worth. Just drain and measure what you can from the transmission and put that same amount back in. Transmission dipsticks are a thing of the past. The new fluid will provide the renew the additives enough to give continued protection. Same for the cooling system - no need to drain, flush & refill.

Yeah, my Odyssey is the last cars with a dip stick. My Escape that we traded in on this is like this one, drain, fill and let run out the overfill hole and its full. So still pretty easy DIY.
