2015 2.4l massive oil leak

Just bought a 2015 equinox knowing it needed worked on has hpfp codes and a cam timing code so know what needs done in that department but it has a massive oil leak. Backing it off the trailer it had a constant stream. The center of the circled spot is where it’s coming out of. Would that be rear main seal from pcv freezing up? Also if I am doing both do I pull the engine and do all of it out of the car or still pull the transmission and do both in the car
