My rear windshield washer does not work. Pump runs. Found puddle under the vehicle. Rear drivers side door has puddle on the floor. Suspect damaged hose? Any thoughts anyone? Also how do I access this hose? I assume it is probably under the carpet and no idea how to lift the carpet? Any help would be great.
