05 Equinox Issues

I'm asking about this for my friend. She has an 05 Equinox that she is having some issues with. This is what she said.

Terrible vibrating, grinding noise while driving and when I put it in park it continues rolling backward about a foot.

She said it seems to mostly be in the passenger side.* And also doesn't get worse with the brakes.* *She was told it's more then likely a u-joint. I'm trying to help her out here. Thanks!

Yeah it definitely sounds like something to do with the transmission! She needs to take it into the dealership/mechanic to get it checked out before it causes more harm to the car or her. I would hate it to roll away...

Had the same problem in my f/r wheel. Replace a pinched AND hose and the vibration went away. It also cleared my ABS light.
