Some 2025 Chevy Equinox Units Need Fuel Injector Replacements

This article from GM Authority is saying that Chevrolet has released Customer Satisfaction Program N242489010 for affected 2025 units, but I'm not exactly sure how we can check the status of our 25's. Anybody know how? If my VIN is affected I'd like to get this fixed.

Not sure, but if you go to your GM account online, it may tell you if your car is part of this. If not, check with your dealer.

I'm curious how the average owner is supposed to know they have a problem.

Leaky injectors can do anything from cause hard starts and misfires, to overfilling the crankcase with gasoline.

Ours had a check engine when it was 10-20F out - would misfire. They replaced an injector - no issues sense.
