I have a 2010 Equinox without All Wheel Drive and would like to put snow tires on. Can I just put the snow tires on the two fronts or do I need to put them on all for wheels? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't the rear tires do most of the work on the AWD models? I could see putting snows on the front of a front drive, but not on an AWD vehicle.

Whatever you do you have to do it I'm fours. If you replaced 2 tires with snow tires you will screw up your transmission. I wouldn't even consider used tires.

I swear by Michelins, the factory tires are still on my NOx and we are getting close to 80k miles. I have a new set of bf goodwrench to go on it next but they were free.

I have Pirelli now.. hate them.. noisy and they break easily!

And on an AWD vehicule its a law to have 4 tire of the same brand.
