Replace a 2.4L head with exhaust ports above the exhaust manifold

Repairing a 2015 LTZ with damaged head. Looking at reman heads but mine had exhaust ports above the exhaust manifold, most reman ones do not. Ideas?

Are you referring to the ports for the air injection system?

Yes, have owned several GenII Equinox, this is the first with the extra pipes on the exhaust side. The code for the engine is NU6 and the head casting number is 12608282. Found a rebuilt head and successfully reinstalled the secondary air injection lines. Thanks!
